This weekend we headed to Wanaka, it was planned to be an action packed sporting weekend, starting with the Big Ruby swim (3.8km open water) on Saturday, followed my M&M team entry to Sovereign triathlon Wanaka on Sunday.
This weekend was a public holiday weekend (Labour day on Monday) so we made the most of the trip to Cromwell for my ‘Ultra’ regatta and made it into a weekend holiday.
It’s been a busy few weeks, and almost holiday time, thank goodness! We have had ANOTHER UK friend whizz by, lots of sunshine (clearly summer has moved a few months!)
